One thing I have found with my Evansville Indiana Virtual Tour Company ( CustomTours360 ) is that one of the most important things you are going to be doing is educating your clients on what the virtual tour will actually do for them. Some clients will see it as just another thing to put on their website until you explain all of the things the tour will actually do for them. These include being able to track hits, email and contact information, ability to download and burn to CD's etc. I recently had a client that was going to use her virtual tour to attract donors to her website. She runs a nonprofit organization that depended on fund raising to keep going. I showed her how to burn the tour onto CD's to hand out at speaking engagements and also that she had the ability, with an overhead projector, to show the tour behind her on a screen while she was speaking. This way the audience would be able to see her facility and know what the money was being used for. Needless to say, she was impressed and purchased the tour. My point is, don't assume everyone you talk to knows what a virtual tour is, let alone what a RTV virtual tour has the ability to do. Spend time with your clients explaining the features. I guarantee "the other guy" isn't. Have fun and lets continue making RTV, and we dealers, the best virtual tour company in the world!
